Refund & Return Policy

At Wooly Wildflowers & Honey at Farmin’ Chaos, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refunds and Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Be in original condition with all tags and packaging intact
- Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
Return Process
To initiate a return, you must contact us at farminchaos@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Items must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible items.
All items must be received and inspected by us in unused, unworn condition before any exchange is processed or a replacement item is shipped.
If the returned item does not meet our return standards, the exchange will be denied and the item may be returned to you at your expense.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing time.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Edible products, including honey, jellies, and other consumables, unless damaged or defective upon arrival
- Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items
- Final sale or limited-run items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Please include photos and a description of the issue so we can evaluate and resolve the matter.
At our discretion, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Refused or Lost Shipments
We are not responsible for packages that are refused, abandoned, or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
